Silvercross Pop Baby Stroller

Silver Cross POP is named so because it’s designed to enable you to pop out to the shops, pop out for a quick walk in the park or pop over to your friends. It’s also perfect to take with you for those lovely weekends away or holidays abroad. It’s simple, lightweight, super easy and quick to fold, push, store and carry.

Pros
Silver Cross Pop has 4 sets of lockable, non-pneumatic swivel wheels with brakes activated by a smooth foot pedal. Because of the wheels, the Pop stroller handles well. It’s very easy to manouevre and negotiate over kerbs and around corners.

What we love most about the POP Stroller is its compact size. Weighing only 6.5 kg, it’s quite light and everything about it is easy – it’s easy to fold, unfold, recline, stow away, adjust, carry, and it’s easy to clean, too.

The seat reclines in various positions and even do this with your child on the seat.

It fits at the boot of a Clio or VW Golf.

Cons

While it’s suitable for babies from birth because it can recline for more than 120 degrees, Silver Cross POP doesn’t recline for more than 150 degrees. So bear this in mind if you’re planning to get this for your newborn.

The seat can be lowered, but may cause slight difficulty for you to access the small storage basket at the bottom.

One of the downsides some parents have mentioned in group discussions is that the shopping bag of the Silver Cross POP is rather small and can hold only a few nappies and a packet of wipes. However the chassis is sturdy enough to hold a light enough shopping bag so all is not lost.

Conclusion
Silver Cross POP is a great little lightweight baby stroller handy as a second pushchair that you can use for quick strolls around town or on walks, and also makes a great holiday buggy. Its compact size is perfect for storing in your boot to keep it always at hand.
