Versatility

Easy Storage
Good for Public Transport
The Quinny Zapp Baby Stroller is a 3 wheeler pushchair that comes in a wide variety of attractive colours (yes, you can get it in pink!), is trendy looking, sturdy, compact, lightweight, and very easy to push and steer. If purchased with the Maxi Cosi Cabrio car seat, it can function as a Travel System as well.
Quinny Zapp Baby Stroller: The Pros
The best thing about the Quinny Zapp is that it’s very easy to push and steer. You’ll have great fun with your baby going around town with it.
The Zapp is also lightweight so carrying it up and down stairs, or using it with public transport is not a bother at all. It’s very compact when folded so finding space for storing it away won’t be an issue.
Unlike some Baby Pushchairs brands with cumbersome brakes, Quinny seems to have got their brakes well sorted. The brakes of the Zapp stroller are very simple to engage and to release, although the pushchair uses one pedal for each function.
Other Pros worthy to note:
- Perfect for city dwellers and makes a great holiday buggy
- Padded long straps
- Easy to clean pushchair covers
Quinny Zapp Baby Stroller: The Cons
The Zapp lacks versatility- it only has one seat position so may pose a bit of an issue if your baby likes taking naps in the pushchair. Also, the handle’s height is not adjustable.
Probably the biggest let down is the fact that doesn’t have a shopping bag. You’re not advised to use the handles for hanging bags on either as this will tip the baby stroller.
The Quinny Zapp is only suitable for children over 6 months old, so if you want to use it from birth, you’ll need to buy the Maxi Cosi Cabrio car seat along with the buggy stroller. You have the option to purchase the Quinny Zapp as a Travel System with all the kits and accessories included.
The hood has viewing windows which could be good however it doesn’t provide much sun protection for the li’l ‘un. But then again if you’ll be using it mostly in Britain then we can safely say that overexposure to the sun won’t be one of the things your child will have to worry about!
Conclusion
The Quinny Zapp Baby Stroller is not the most versatile of baby strollers, but it’s a good second baby pushchair that you can keep in the boot of your car for a quick nip to the shops, or take with you for weekends away and holidays abroad.
