Question:
Hi Ella and Team,
I’m 5′10″ and my husband is 6′4″ so we’re just wondering if you can help us narrow down our pushchair choices?
I wouldn’t mind buying the same pushchair again as it had been so reliable, but I’d rather try something different this time!

Answer:
Hi Mam Sam,
Yes this is a known issue and luckily you have more pushchairs to choose from these days. I’m only 5′5″ so most pushchairs with adjustable handles suit my height.
The ideal handle height for my husband who is 6′1″ is at about 101 -104 cm, so I think for you and your husband a pushchair that adjusts from 95 to 115 cm will be fine, but I’ve listed here some pushchairs that roughly meet that standard. The ones in bold are those pushchairs that seem to have been made with very tall people in mind.
Here is a list of baby pushchairs along with how low and how far up their handle bars can go.

One Trackback
[...] The adjustable handles are made with rubber-covered handlebars that are soft to the touch. The handle height can be adjusted from 101 cm to 110 cm – which is quite handy for tall people. It’s also great for couples with a sizable height difference between them. In my estimate the people who will find this handle height range comfortable are people from 5′4″ to 6′4″, but don’t take my word for it.
